We are a specialised early learning program based in Coorparoo, Brisbane, offering a high-quality, nurturing school readiness experience for children aged 3 to 5 years.
Our thoughtfully designed 2-hour weekly sessions blend the structure and routines of Prep with the warmth of a play-based, nurturing environment to best prepare children for school.
In small groups of just eight children, classes are led by bachelor-qualified, highly experienced former Prep teachers in a supportive, home-based setting—providing each child with the personalised school preparation they deserve.
Our Programs
Our school readiness programs support children from age 3 until they start Prep. Our Busy Bees program (3-4yrs) introduces early learning through play and structured routines, while our Learnful Learners program (4–5yrs) continues play to build confidence and key skills for a smooth Prep transition aligned with the Australian Curriculum.

Meet our founder & lead teacher
Hi, my name is Nikki & I'm so excited to have you here!
I'm a mum of two and a bachelor-qualified primary school teacher with over 18 years of classroom experience. While teaching Prep for many years, it broke my heart to see so many children struggle with the transition from Kindy to school. Additionally, after becoming a mum to two little ones of my own (now both under 5), I felt a strong drive to give them — and others — the very best start to their learning journey.
That’s why I created Learnful — to offer the kind of meaningful, well-balanced school preparation I wished existed for my former Preppies, and now for my own children too. I’m so proud to be able to share it with other families, and to support little learners during such a special and important stage of life.
