Enrolment Fees - All classes are 2 hours in length and are $72 per child, per session (excluding GST). The total cost of 20 hours across a 10-week term is $720 (excluding GST). If public holidays occur and a term is shorter than 10 weeks, your total cost will be reduced accordingly. You will also be charged a $20 enrolment fee per term.

Payments - Bookings are made in term blocks and paid upfront. Payments are to be made by bank transfer or cash and must be received in full, 28 days prior to the first day of the term you are enrolled in. Learnful School Readiness has no obligation to fulfill lessons until payments are received, and your child's position in the class isn't confirmed until payment has been received. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your selected day and time. This will be deducted from the total amount owing.

Student absence and make up sessions -  If a student is going to be absent from a lesson, we will try our best to accommodate a make-up session, however they are subject to availability and need to be rescheduled within the same term. Make-up classes cannot be rolled over to the following term, and cannot be used to discount a term enrolment cost. If a student is going to be absent for any reason, notice needs to be given in writing via email or text before the start of the designated class in order to be offered a make-up session. Classes will not be refunded due to student absence.

Late arrival and “no-show” - If a child is a “no-show” and doesn’t attend their session, no make-up session will be offered. If a child is late to their session, they may complete the remainder of the session, with no additional time being offered.

Drop-off and pick-up  - All children must be dropped off and collected from the venue by their registered parent or guardian. If another adult needs to collects your child for you, this confirmation needs to be received in writing via email or text prior to the commencement of the lesson. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your child's class to ensure enough time to drop them off to the classroom. Classes will
start and finish on time. Please arrive at the time your child's class is scheduled to finish and wait outside the classroom or on the grassed area. All students need to be collected within 10 minutes of their lesson finishing to enable the teacher to prepare for the next lesson.

Teacher absence - If the classroom teacher is sick, a make-up session will be offered. If this doesn't suit, a refund will be offered for the class that was cancelled.

Communication – Informal and brief progress updates can be communicated verbally at pick up and drop off. Written feedback is provided after each term of learning for Learnful Learners and can be provided for Busy Bees if requested by the parent.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity - Learnful School Readiness will at all times apply required safety procedures. In the unlikely event of an accident, Learnful School Readiness takes no responsibility for damage to student’s or parent’s or guadrian’s property or them personally. In the case that unforeseen injury or illness may arise, we give Learnful School Readiness permission to;
● call an ambulance
● seek urgent medical care
I/we agree to settle all costs associated with the above treatments or
transportation.

No Warranties - Learnful School Readiness makes no warranties or promises in relation to a child’s performance as a result of any tutoring provided. Learnful School Readiness is not liable, nor do they accept any responsibility for a child’s performance within any learning task or environment.
